Zagraz, "Scoobra Kadoobra" The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo animation cel

Here's an animation cel of Zagraz the Wizard from The 13 Ghosts of Scooby-Doo's second episode "Scoobra Kadoobra". The acetate is a little warp from age and likely exposure to too much humidity, but it's an almost full body shot of Zagraz, the forgetful but rightful wielder of the magical Wonder Wand sought after by the evil ghost-demon Maldor the Malevolent! Zagraz is introduced near the end of the episode imprisoned in a cell (note the different spelling) inside Maldor's castle.
