Description

I�m very happy to have this piece by Wilton Santos featuring Magik and Psylocke.

Both characters are shown in their classic Art Adams designed costumes. It�s a crime we never got to see them together on a published page. I especially loved Jim Towe�s update to Art Adams�s Psylocke design by giving Betsy a sword. It was simply too good to pass up. As a result, this piece reflects a modern Betsy, wielding both the sword and the psyblade.

I requested the setting be Otherworld, and the inclusion of the Starlight Citadel in the background absolutely sells the scene. It really makes this into a scene and not just a pinup.

Wilton Santos�s attention to detail and faithful rendering of the costumes really elevates the piece for me. Everything feels intentional and spot-on. I�d love to see Magik and Psylocke team up in a magic-focused comic someday, and this artwork captures exactly why.

Exciting fantasy take! The composition with the swords parallel make them feel like they've trained together as knights.

Rem, this piece is gorgeous! It gives me Japanese RPG vibes in the best way and is done so brilliantly!
