Dominguez - OFF 166 Cover with Major Orleans and the Losers, 1976

I've had this one up for sale at CAL in the past but now it fits in this renamed theme gallery!

On the cover she looks a bit helpless but in the story she is nails - and French like Mlle. Marie. She is introduced to the Losers as Major Orleans - but at the end of the story (minor spoiler alert?) she reveals her full name as Yvonne Marie Simone Clothilde d'Orléans.

I decided to look up the name and there is a Yvonne Marie Simone Clothilde d'Orléans, born December 28, 1968, who is a member of the d'Orléans family, specifically the descendants of François Henri Louis Marie d'Orléans, Prince de France. She was born in Casablanca, Morocco. This book was published in 1976 so she would have been 8 at the time...
