I've known Chris for a long time, having been a fan of his work and then getting a chance to chat him up at Heroes Con for a bunch of years. Over time, we've talked about his doing a Domino commission for me. But if you know Chris, you know he's a consummate professional and takes commission requests very seriously. Fortunately, he was open and honest about wanting to take his time to get it right. Chris periodically reached out to give me updates and I told him that I was in no rush; when it was ready, it would be ready.

Well lo and behold. To say it was worth the wait would be the understatement of the year. LOOK AT THIS PIECE. Chris channeled so many ideas and somehow collected them into a cohesive art piece that evokes a movie poster a la Coffy. The color play, the typography, the choice of actors and comic creators as part of the cast credits. It's all just amazing, and I'm so grateful.

This is one of the coolest commissions I've ever seen. Absolutely fantastic! And putting Brian Stelfreeze in three, holding up a Domino piece...! Chef's kiss.

Damon, and what's even MORE meta, is that Stelfreeze Domino is MY Domino commissions Brian did and presented to me.

Wonderful execution and colors! Zazie is the prime focus of this piece and that's exactly how it should be. Love it!
