This original art is from the SILVER SURFER graphic novel "HOMECOMING" written by JIM STARLIN and published in 1991.
Here the SILVER SURFER as Norrin Radd, together with his beloved Shalla-Bal after the Silver Surfer finally returned to his home planet Zenn-la. Together they attend a banquet and celebration for The Great One.

The artwork is by BILL REINHOLD and drawn on heavier 3 ply Strathmore 500 series bristol board on 14" X 20 1/4" paper done in india ink with brush and crowquill.

The original art is signed by Bill Reinhold.
