Yes, it great to see him work and build and build from scratch. Very satisfying result too as Finch does give you his concentration for every bit of that 30 minutes!
What an inspired choice. So suited to his style and yet not something I've ever seen him do before. Fantastic.
I bet the dog isn't laughing now.
Why do dogs run in circles? Because it’s hard to run in squares.
Fantastic piece! Now we need Finch to do a full-fledged Golden Age Sandman one-shot set in the Sandman Mystery Theater time period.
Fixin' to stir up some serious sand.
This is awesome Peter! Fantastic addition to your JSA Sketchbook!
What a freaking cool request for Finch! Love how it turned out. if he drew a comic with this character I'd def read it. congrats Peter!
Finch is probably the last artist I expected to see you have interest in getting a sketch from, but what the hell do I know? It turned out beautifully though, and the best part in my eyes is seeing it come to life starting from a blank canvas!
Finch is amazing! Congrats on an amazing sketch!
Awesome piece! GA Sandman is one of my most favorite character designs in comics and I absolutely loooved Sandman Mystery Theatre! This is such a good rendition of him by an awesome artist!
Great choice.
Fantastic piece. JSA Sandman is a classic character!
Great, gritty image. I love the GA Sandman, and this gives him a bit of a western gunslinger feel. And that is some gun.
Great addition to your JSA sketchbook! Congrats!
He really nailed the SMT look!
This is fantastic, congrats
Detailed but a little more loose and organic...I dig that a lot. Congrats!
