Offered here is 4.75x7.25" envelope that has been hand-addressed to Murray and bears Dec. 4, 1944 New York, NY postmark. Envelope has been wonderfully illustrated w/mixed media original art featuring full body illustration of Nancy by her creator Ernie Bushmiller (1905-1982), who has signed art. Envelope comes w/handwritten letter from Bushmiller to Murray, mentioning how much he enjoys Bushmiller's work. Envelope is evenly aged and shows glue staining as once sealed, as well as a few scattered spots of staining (none affecting art). VF overall. Art remains clean and Exc.
