"End of Days: The Defiant and the Triumphant" by Ron Joseph & Bob Almond: Blueline Commission

A recent 11"x17" inking commission on 2-ply board for prolific client Damon over the blueline pencils of Ron Joseph, my 4th page over him. Damon shares the following info: "I call that page "The Triumphant and the Defiant." It's an End of Days page, and I combined the heroes of Defiant Comics and Triumphant Comics into one Earth, since both publishers were short-lived and neither had a deep bench of superhero characters. The aliens they are fighting are Outriders, the same characters that the Avengers were fighting in Wakanda in Avengers: Infinity War." The characters are Chromium Man, Dr. Chaos, Grimmax, Prince Vandal, Charlemagne and War Dancer. I inked it mostly with an 8404 Raphael Kolinsky size 2 brush, a few different markers and some zip. It's my 135th job for Damon. I believe it's my first time inking these characters. I finished it February 20.
