I was just about to ask you if this guy is related to Cthulhu, only to read your description and find out this is a character I have ZERO recollection of ever having seen, in spite of having watched all 9 Star Wars films.
A blink and you'll miss him denizen of Jabba's court in Return of the Jedi.
We all know why Tessek is popular with the ladies! He truley listens and communicates.

Love the request, love the artist's choice, and love the resulting sketch card piece! Makes me semi-regret giving him some non Star Wars options when I made my request (which he went with over the Star Wars request which was my preferred choice). Next time I'll have to put Mr. Allison in a Star Wars corner but give him the freehom to choose within it!
Tessek and 21-B sounds like the makings of a SW buddy cop series. I like it.
