Description
Howard Chaykin painted this cool (and all audiences) illustration in 1981. It was published as the cover of "The Syndic" by C. M. Kornbluth. The colors are much more vibrant on the original artwork than the scan I have posted!

Most folks have never heard of CM Kornbluth.  He was an absolutely brilliant sci-fi author.  I highly recommend The Space Merchants.
