From a back-up story I'd forgotten about, a great Byrne Captain America page focusing on the origins and history of the Red Skull. Some 100 issues removed from his famous run on the title, this is still prime Byrne and includes not only Red Skull and Cap, but also Falcon and Doctor Doom - what's not to love?
