Terry gets stopped by Derek Powers, current CEO of Wayne-Powers, and his bodyguard Mr. Fixx in this original hand-painted production cel with a matching animation drawing to retrieve the only evidence connecting them to illegally weaponizing nerve gas. Originally aired over 25 years ago on 1/10/1999 as Episode 2 of Season 1, this 2-part premiere episode arc sees Terry McGinnis determined to bring his father's murderers to justice, so he impulsively resorts to stealing Bruce Wayne's last Batsuit to investigate Derek Powers as he hosts a clandestine meeting about illegal chemical weaponry. Terry can be seen at the 3:43 timestamp of the episode. Terry's cel image measures approximately 7.25" x 6.25" and is displayed with archival tape over a scene matching print background for presentation purposes, while his hand-drawn image measures slightly larger at 7.5" x 6.75" and is rendered in graphite with colored pencil on 3-peg hole animation paper. Both pieces bear a Warner Brothers Production Art seal and are marked A5 in the upper right corners. Purchased at Heritage Auctions.
