Star Boy really floats ethereally. The cityscape, with its organic shapes, feels very much like a crowded 2000AD Mega City One scene. Much like Barry might have drawn on Dredd or Anderson, and perhaps with some McMahon influence. Nice job by Barry Kitson.

Barry Kitson created a mesmerizing vision of the future here.  Whoever did the coloring on the published card did a great job, adding an eerie, alien atmosphere to future Metropolis.

On my way to work, I saw Metropolis
I could see everything from the Upper Deck
People came and went, showing silhouettes
I picked the Kitson's up when the Legion left

But all the time One Seven Two
How far away the future seemed
How could I have so many teams
And none of them would cross you?

On my way to work, from comic magazine
Inside a pretty girl made the card for me
She's target character to thirty century
She had removed her clothes in the big city
