Silver Surfer/Rune cover prelim by Romita

Nice layout, Romita was so great at cover designs.

It's great to see the two stages side by side. The concept of the Surfer's pose seems to be there in the first prelim, but the form of the Living Tribunal really takes shape in the second, and begins to dominate the image. Nice prelims, and really interesting.

Cool to have the thumbnail too!

It's always good to see process pieces for a Romita cover from the thumbnail to a more finished layout - I'm sure you've got that final published cover art stashed away too, don't be shy Miki! ;-p

Super fun that you get two pieces for the same price

Super cool prelim!  Even with just a quick, rough breakdown, Romita conveys the movement, characters, and conflict perfectly.  (And adding a Romita Surfer to the collection in any form is an epic win!)  Congrats, Miki!
