Though I've had heard of Robotech, I know nothing about it or the various comic book series. But I loved this sprawling space double-page splash from Robotech II: The Sentinels Book II by Jason Waltrip, showing a convoy of Robotech Expeditionary Force warships. Waltrip used ink, ink wash, and white paint to create this majestic splash for pages 2 and 3. His signature indicates he signed it at RoboCon 10 in 1995.

Watch the first 36 Robotech episodes (less than half hour each). This series takes off from there while the remaing episodes are running concurrently with these comics.
