I’ve been collecting comic art for a few years now and I’d been looking for a nice Punisher work to add to my collection. Wasn’t very familiar with Lawrence Campbell, but seeing this and another piece a Comiclink auction, sealed the deal, just unforgettable. Tell me you don’t get chills!!!

Emerging from the industrial shadows, his gaze stays locked and unbroken—then subtly recalibrates—as he prepares for the final confrontation with Jigsaw. Laurence Campbell’s heavy blacks, paste up enhancements, and tight environmental geometry frame this page as the moment where the hunter steps fully into the open, setting the stage for the escalating pursuit on Page 10.

In this brutal storyline, Frank is recruited by a man from Tierra Rota, a Mexican village where women of all ages have been kidnapped, brutalized, and forced into meth production by Jigsaw’s network. After dismantling the last of Jigsaw’s operation and torching the drug facility, Frank survives an attempted vehicular hit—sidestepping the van and dropping a grenade as it roars past.

There it is! Whew!
