Cliff Chiang - Batman Black and White statue art

I love the fact that Cliff filled in the blacks in back (to add beautiful atmosphere to the drawing) even when the intent was for no one to see it.  And adding the stalking Batman is a very cool bonus!  Wonderful retro feel to this one (as intended), gorgeously rendered in sweet, sweet black and white (and even the signature resembles Toth's :) ).  Fantastic pick up, Fred!  The only mystery is why Cliff would be surprised anyone would be interested in this...!  Great score!

Quintessential original Batman! Great crouching, searching Batman with flashlight to stress the detective comics side! Blimp and background are nice period flourishes.
