wow chris, one can tell its a bisley right away, but not as heavy yet, amazing page buddy
nice Biz
Unboxing, Post, then enjoy!
The Punisher is giving that guy The Biz!
His style fits perfect;y with the Punisher, nice page!
Classic Biz! I love the style and the flow of the action. Bisley did very little Punisher art, but this page is a great example. Congrats on a great pick-up!
I haven't seen Bisley on Punisher before but Wow!!!! this is a great page and his depiction of Frank Castle is fantastic.
Super Kool Biz!!!
I guessed it! Huge congrats buddy!
Bad @$$ Biz!!
Very metal
Cool page!
The Bisley about which you hinted on Thursday night! I hadn't realized Biz had done a full Punisher story so this is cool to see. There's almost a bit of a DWJ look to this, which makes me wonder if Simon had been an influence on Daniel. Thanks for sharing this!
Super BIZ page, Chris! As you point out, the caricatured bad guys (with a Leinil Yu-level execution of wireframing gorgeousness) really adds a layer of fun to the scene, and watching Bisley take Frank through The Work here is really special. Simon's use of blacks is perfect, assuring Frank never gets lost and adding the contrast your eye needs to always knows where to be and what to look at. There's no way the viewer doesn't wince when they hit that last panel, either: hat popping up, neck extending, harsh shadow on the wall... hands down that that has to be -the- most Frank Miller panel Biz has ever drawn, right? And, yeah: arm day. Good call. :) Big congrats on this one, Chris - great page!
Busting through doors, breaking arms and skulls! Biz captures the frenetic action and intense violence necessary for a Punisher comic. great addition!
love his take on frank castle
Wow that's a wonderful Bisley page! I guess if I got to pick I'd grab a Raphael page from Bodycount but this Punisher page gives those a run for their money! I absolutely love when artists are allowed to let some cartooning creep in to their work on mainstream books. Wonder why it ended up in issue 75 instead of the Summer Special? Hopefully my local shop has this one hiding in the back issue bins.
I need me a Biz Punisher from this story. This is a primo page. Congrats!
Gimme that gun! I'll show ya how to use it!
Congrats - great Biz page!
Wow! Stunning Punisher page by the great Simon Bisley! Love this three-panel action-packed page, starting with 1) The Punisher kicking the door in; 2) Frank disarming the gunman with his right arm; 3) then takiing out the bad guy with his left hand. SImple, but effective, right? It's a great page, what's not to love?
Certified Badass
Punisher titling the scales of justice in Bisley fashion!
can't go wrong with the Biz! awesome.
Solid Punisher by the Biz- Man. Love the inks and musculature in particular!
I'll admit that I didn't realize that Bisley had done any Punisher work. This is a great example of his art, and now I need to go see if this issue is on the Marvel Unlimited app so I can read it.
