Story end page from "Whatever Happened to Richard Dragon Kung-Fu Fighter?" answers that question after the cancellation of his original series during the infamous "DC Implosion".  He would later become a supporting character in the awesome Question series later this decade post-Crisis that I really need to reread.

Page is off-white but in very good condition.  Second panel has a paste-on word balloon correction.  Use of blue pencil and white-out as part of the creative process.  Top right margin has slight trim and page number "31" is written on small piece of white tape
