Uncanny X-Men #427 pg 13 (Kim pencils, Green inks, Austen story) - There is healing in Angel’s Blood!

From "THE DEAD HAVE NO RIGHTS" storyline in Uncanny X-Men #427 come this page, Angel's new ability to heal not only himself, but others through his blood.  There is healing in his blood!   

What looks to be some cult ritual of blood brothers, is a revelation to humans that Angel now has the power to heal others through his blood.  This storyline comes right off the heels of a very dark moment where 6 mutants are crucified by the Church Humanity right on the front lawn of the X-Mansion:  Magma, Jesse Aaronson (Bedlam), Skin, Jubilee and two other unnamed mutants.  Jubilee and Magma survive, Skin (Angelo Espinosa) and Bedlam unfortunately do not survive.  

I enjoy getting a page of art featuring Angel's healing, it's a bit kooky in the art, but a fun piece to add to the collection showcasing Angel's new power, as he had previously been the Angel of "Death" in his Archangel form.  It also has a bit of religious connotations in the healing power of blood, Angel being likened to Holy Warriors adds to his mystique.
