Another great looking model sheet from Sanford. I don't recall her always having her eyes bugging out though. Any idea if that was a thing in the animated series?
From what I can find, it does appear she that type of eyes.

Nice overlapping design structure.
My favorite one so far! Her eyes and hair sort of give me Addams Family vibes in a way ha but nice look for Phantom Girl!
To echo Rick W above, I also like the overlapping design structure. Also nice, the animated movements, and facial expressions. Most character model sheets I've seen show rigid standing figures from two or three sides. The variety of motions and emotion in this PG model sheet makes it more interesting than rigid figure model sheets.
