Red Tornada takes control of local signage to communicate with his wife Kathy Sutton after having his body blown up along with the JLA satellite in the pre-internet days.  This issue is one of the Crisis on Infinite Earth cross-over issues.

Three corners are trimmed along with the top of the page.  Small yellow piece of tape in three margins and two small pieces of white tape on back of the board.  Use of blue pencil and white-out as part of the creative process.  The "Gotham Savings in the first panel with it is original artwork.  The other panels have a stat and three panels are missing that stat.  The last stat is still attached but loose.
