I guess Byrne wasn't bothered as much in a Star Trek convention as he would be in a comics convention. Since he finds more joy in being around a Star Trek show, did he wander off to check the rest of the exhibits? If so, what interested him the most?
Since he was easing back into conventions at this one, it wasn't publicized and also, he was only signing Trek comics. Both of which meant we had some decent time to just hang out and to wander around. We took a fun pic in a transporter (which he doctored to make it look even more like we were in an old episode) and spent some time in the actors' room, too.
