I think this was commissioned at Heroes Con 2017 of my favorite commission pair of World's Finest (Ladies Edition). Enjoyed seeing Uko's Instagram posts and work-in-progress updates at that time, and was lucky to get on his commission list at Heroes Con, and he was able to finish it for pick up at the con.
