Azrael #44 Cover

Azrael has become one of my favorite characters. I wasn't too fillmilar with him prior to me owning a previous cover but as I explored the character more I really found his story intresting. I ended up having to sell that cover unfortunately. But I was thirlled when this piece came up for sale from Roger Robinson and James Pascoe. I love the image of him riding a horse pulling back on his flaming sword. Roger dedicated this cover to the late great Marvel/DC Writer/Editor, Archie Goodwin. He told me this was the last cover assignment that Archie gave him before he died. Roger also threw in the prelim sketch to this cover. I am thrilled to add this piece to my collection.
