NOT POPEYE

Picked up a Yogi Bear piece and this definitely not Poepey from @ToonzbyTroy during a recent Instagram sell. Why is it definitely not Popeye? Well I'll just grab what was posted when this was originally put up by the artist- "Not Popeye drawn without Popeye reference. Given the mustache just to bring home the fact that this is NOT Popeye. In fact the "N" on his hat probably stands for Not Popeye."

I really dig this one. Get a slight Nick Pitarra vibe from it. Highly reccomend checking Troy out. Lots of amazing work.
