Actually, Neil Gaiman's Wheel of Worlds.  What a wacky story !!  40 pages of slop !!

Another page from the pile of art left behind when Mike returned to Israel in the 90's.

This comic introduces 3 "heroes", Mr Hero, Lady Justice and Adam Cain.  Multiple scripters, artists and even letterers worked on this book.

To me, the only redeeming thing is the Lady Justice pages were drawn by Mike.  There's also a nice Dan Brereton poster stapled in.  On this page, a young girl who would become Lady Justice bids farewell to Teknophage, the creator of the "Wheel of Worlds".  He's a talking lizard that walks on hind legs.  Yeah, okay, whatever.
