Looming directly at the reader with his fist clenched, Levy declares his thirst for revenge in a now-iconic villain image packed with menace and raw intensity. Rendered entirely in Ryan Ottley’s original pencils, the page offers a fascinating look beneath the finished published artwork, with layers of blue and graphite construction lines revealing the process behind the final image. A tremendous splash featuring Mark Grayson’s arch-nemesis at his most imposing, signed by Ottley in the upper margin.
