Nice to see the story being dedicated to Otto Binder and Jim Mooney.
Wow, I must not have bought this issue when it came out, or maybe I did but have forgotten the story over time. Either way, it's a perfectly beautiful little morality tale and what a wonderful way to bring Kara back, if only temporarily, a couple of years after her heroic death. This is a wonderful complete story to own and I'm thrilled that it wasn't broken up. More so, I'm happy that it resides with you, Miki, the world's biggest Supergirl fan. Thanks for sharing this story, it's an absolute gem. Merry Christmas, pal!
Congrats on having the whole story! This was before my time with DC continuity, so reading these pages, I thought it was just (a living) Supergirl suddenly being able to see Deadman. It being published post-Crisis means it's a ghost of Kara floating around, which gives her monologue on the page before even more weight. Merry Christmas, and thanks for sharing!
