Stefan, she is Tara of Helium, the stunning daughter of Dejah Thoris, hence the resemblance. These two drawings are based on the model Raquel Gibson. Edgar Rice Burroughs wrote of Tara: "Her carriage was that of health and physical perfection--the effortless harmony of faultless coordination." Thanks for posting it my friend!
