Description

This was a drawing (another in my "Electric Nouveau" style) for the DC Who's Who project that pretty much died around the time I finished it... so i don't think it was published.

The character is Celeste Rockford a Legion of Super Heroine who inherits the Green Lantern power in the LOSH future. I really liked her and Kent Shakespeare, and I am sad we never got the chance to expound more on them, especially since they were pretty popular. I had years worth of sub plots and stories involving both of them.

She was one of 4 or so characters that I created when Keith and Tom & Mary and I did the LOSH book that started in 1989.
