Description
This Ms. Mystic Pacific Comics house ad. was made the old fashioned way, before computers... Neal had produced a portfolio entitled "The New Heroes". When Pacific was going to publish a Ms. Mystic series, Neal cut out a stat of the artwork from the portfolio, hand-colored it, and mounted it on black paper to give it a totally different graphic look from the portfolio piece.
