1952 Gill Fox Jeanie Strip

The late Gill Fox was best known for Torchy and for collaborating on such strips as Hi and Lois. Jeanie was a short lived (Aug. 1951-Sept. 1952) filler strip that unaccountably never took off despite some nicely drawn women. I gather it was a career girl strip like Tillie the Toiler or Brenda Starr. Judging from what I've seen researching this, Jeanie spent a lot of time leaning or lying back and showing us the backs of her thighs. this strip is September 23, 1952, almost exactly half way through its run.
