I had wanted a page from this story line for a long time and felt lucky enough to get Gene to do a small pencil commission of Batman as a vampire. Obviously I'm very happy now to have acquired this page. Dezuniga does a really great job of inking Colan's pencils, not an easy feat. Incidentally this page was already framed at one point - you can see this on Gene's site under 'Wall of Fame.' I intend to reframe it and live with it myself.

Hey Tim.. I'm a big fan of this storyline as well. I just posted a page I have out of it, and now just stumbled upon the one you have posted here. This page you have really rocks! I really like that close-up panel of Bats. "CONGRATS ON GREATNESS"!!
