Description
A great page from that fantastic serie(great edgy writing and superb art).The recruiting of the villains begins.I specially love the Cheetah and Black Manta panels.Note that the last panel is mostly pencils only as a patch was created for it(don't know the story behind this one,maybe some editorial changes).This is a prime example of how Dale came to his own on this serie.
