Description
This is the "mechanical" version of the coverthat was modified for production by Howard Bender. I purchased it from him and he explained that it was actually his first job for DC and he modified the mouth of Blackhawk. He wasn't sure why the request for the change as the original wasn't outlandish or poorly done...they just wanted it different.
