Description
Coming out of the hot JLA series - DC put out a SPECIAL to test the market. I think there was actually another large format book that came out after this one - and then DC gave him a monthly series.

I really do love this character - but they just can't seem to find a consistent story line and format to use. I hope they keep trying!
