Description

Today, 8/25/07, I went to the Papermania Show in Hartford for fun and came across this twisted strip I picked up. I found out via Google that WH Caskie was a cartoonist for a humorist magazine/newpaper during the 1880's in Texas called "Texas Siftings". I'm thinking the parrot didn't think this was very funny. It could've been Coda's great great grandfather :)
