Description

Finding anything with any Legionnaire especially one as obscure as Element Lad is like finding a needle in a haystack but especially by the Great Curt Swan. This one was a gift or commission to Colleen Doran, one of my favorite artist/writers and feel blessed to be only its second owner....Thanks Colleen!!! The pencils are beautifully done and I love the transformation of nails to flowers, the traditional Legion Clubhouse, and of course his 70s costume....strange thing after I won this on ebay from Colleen I found another Element Lad Sketch by Jeff Moy and won that.....they say things come in threes....

LSH by Swan - Nothing better. I regret never thinking to ask him for a commission. Still, I have two pieces by him and find gems like this one occasionally. Congratulations.
