This is my first Adam Warren art purchase. I was looking through the Wildstorm Fine Arts booth at WonderCon in 1997 and came upon this beauty. It must be one of Adam's most reproduced images.
Rich DeDominicis sent me the card where Roxy is printed head down. In
Gen 13 Bootleg Grunge the Movie, the image is shown head up. This image is also reprinted in the
Wildstorm Fine Arts: the Gallery Collection, a greeting card, and a Wizard poster magazine.

Freefall in flight on his deviantArt page: "From way back in the halcyon day (circa '97 or so) when Wildstorm used to put out trading cards, here's my line art from a card illo of Gen13's gravity-manipulating Roxy Spaulding, aka Freefall. The image prolly works a tad better in color, so that you can see the clouds in the blue-sky backdrop behind her and thus tell more clearly that she's flying upside-down... but alas, I don't have a high-res copy of the color version available to me. Oh, well.
Anyhoo, this is definitely one of my favorite (early) drawings of Roxy, who in turn is prolly my favorite character from Gen13. IIRC, the illo dates back to just after I'd written and drawn the GRUNGE! The Movie arc in Gen13 Bootleg,* and shortly before I wound up pitching the Gen13: Magical Drama Queen Roxy miniseries to Wildstorm.
On August 15, 2011, Elin Winkler added: "Aw, it's my old jacket and my old boots! And my old ripped up jeans! I still have the jacket (with stars intact) but the boots and jeans are long gone. They didn't survive the 2000's." She also posted to twitter: "I'm so glad I did all that photo-ref-modelling for @EmpoweredComic now. My 20's-age butt is preserved for all time! XD"
