Description

Neil's an avid fan of Hammer Horror, and of both Peter Cushing and Christopher Lee's work on those films and other projects. It occurred to me that Neil would probably enjoy drawing Tarkin, the ruthless governor of the Death Star so memorably portrayed by Cushing (the character must have had ice water running through his veins). Neil outdid himself on this one, capturing the grim likeness of Tarkin perfectly. He also added the planet Alderaan blowing up in the background, which really added to the mood of the piece.
