Description

This is my big score from WonderCon 08.
Talk about lucky, usually by the time I get to see art I get second choice or later.
I was told about some art done for CBLDF to raise money. Walt Simonson was one of the artist that donated a few pieces. I have been wanting a good Simonson piece for a while now and ideally of Thor or BRB. Luckily Richard Martines and I were the first people to see the art. I feel pretty certain if I wasn't it would have not been there. The art is large (14x17) and done in pen and ink over pencil and not marker.
Thanks to Scott Dunbier for the opportunity to grab this awesome piece.

You're right... I was at Wonder Con and never even got a chance to see this... (and am now kicking myself for not going there earlier - - although it may have been out of my price range anyway) - - But, Thanks for sharing... and I'm glad it found it's place in the hands of a worthy collector and in a true fan's home.
