Man of Steel #17 page 22

I finally get to one of my true grail pages. This page features the FIRST appearance of Doomsday, the villain that killed Superman waaay back in 1992. Doomsday was introduced in four splash page panels at the end of the various Superman title of the day, each featuring Doomsday getting closer and closer to breaking out of his underground prison. At one time I actually own the second splash page by Dan Jurgens. I sold that one for $900.00 atfer I bought this one on Ebay...for $90.00 bucks...AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! The person who sold it it only had it list as Man of Steel #17 page 22, so apparently, no one else knew what it was. AHHHHH, sometimes, life is good!
