Lazy Day - Aquaman and Aqualad

Ramona Fradon, one third of the Holy Trinity of Atlantis! This piece was commissioned back in 2001 thru Spencer Beck's web-site The Artist's Choice. In this scene, Aquaman and Aqualad enjoy some downtime between sub-sea adventures. I asked Ms. Fradon to depict Aqualad puffing out his cheeks in imitation of a passing puffer fish and she created this delightful face-to-face meeting. This commission never ceases to bring a smile to my face. Remember when comics were this fun?
