Swing with Scooter 12 p 2 by Oksner / Blaisdell

Hi! I own pages 1 and 3 of this story. I believe it's actually Mike Esposito inks, and few others have seconded that opinion. I sent Bob copies of these pages and asked him about them. He didn't know. At first he thought it had to be someone else drawing in his style, but eventually had to concede it must be him. He could remeber all sorts of things about his work and what was going on all the way back to the '20's, but he couldn't remember this story at all.
