Description

I like to think it's all Oksner but I'm not an Oksner expert. But according to the Grand Comics Database, Tex Blaisdell is the inker.

Oksner was able to draw in a variety styles. And as well as being a great artist on his own, he inked Jose Luis Garcia-Lopez's early Superman covers.

Scooter was created by Barbara Friedlander, Jack Miller and Joe Orlando.

Hi! I own pages 1 and 3 of this story. I believe it's actually Mike Esposito inks, and few others have seconded that opinion. I sent Bob copies of these pages and asked him about them. He didn't know. At first he thought it had to be someone else drawing in his style, but eventually had to concede it must be him. He could remeber all sorts of things about his work and what was going on all the way back to the '20's, but he couldn't remember this story at all.
