I'm not sure what type of paints are used in animation cels. So I'm just listing as acrylic until I learn otherwise. ============> 2 cels here. One cel for the FLASH and a second cel for the airplane prop. Background that also contains the airplane tail is a laserprint. You can also see the pencil work for the image.
