Description

Ok, I saw Kirk's work on site here and thought he'd be a perfect artist for a reinterpration of a Gil Kane cover to a comic that really struck me as kid. I mean, THE ORB for goodness sakes! The big EYE on a cycle fighting the Ghost Rider! And Spidey thrown in the mix.
But the original cover by Kane, always confused me as it never really happened in the story. GR never saved Spidey who had fallen on the tracks of a subway!
So when I contacted Kirk, and told him my story, he actually went out anbd bought a copy of the book and really liked the story. He got toally into the idea/ request, and it really shows in this inked version of his take on the book!
