Done in Toronto, August 2003 by artist Dave Cullen, its the golden age character that gets absolutly no respect - the Red Bee! I love the fact that Cullen makes such a ridiculous character look so serious, but adds the element of comedy with the Red Bee's pet trained Bee "Dave" flying around his head. Great stuff! Seriously....what the hell were the guys that created the Red Bee thinking???? The forties were pretty messed up sometimes.
