Barry Kitson ~ Judge Dredd convention piece

In the mind of Barry Kitson I had credits for granting my place to someone else, after a full day in line at Lille. So the next day I not only had first dibs, but he would also (mindfully) draw extra pretty for me.
I had the audacity to ask for a Judge Dredd, to which he grumbled sort of wistfully, he ought to never be drawing that character again for all the minute and blistering detail. The waiting had only pleased me really, talking with Barry and the other fans and seeing his con pieces come about - too lush and exquisite for calling them 'sketches' really. This Dredd mini-commission pleases me also greatly; given the chance I will surely harass BK (for) some more...
