Daredevil by one of my favorite comic storytellers of all time David Mazzucchelli. About as close to a Frank Miller / Mazz Born Again page as I will get, besides how often do you come across a full figure DD from this time period without dropping a couple grand! This is a great little piece of art. He doesn't draw like this any more!

update 7/24/11: i think it is from 85. I saw a similar piece on ebay with a letter dated that year.

To my knowledge it was not published. It was a sketch - hence why the pencil lines were not erased? But I like that they are there and show David's process. Thanks for looking and the comment!

A great sketch. I don't remember such a strong depiction of Daredevil in his whole runa (except end of 232). Great aquisition.
